The 15-minute Being a Trusted Adult Foundational training video equips all supportive adults on a school campus with the base knowledge and skills to work with young people who learn the Say Something framework. This training inspires caring adults to be ‘Trusted Adults’, provides an overview of common warning signs youth may approach Trusted Adults about, and gives language to new Trusted Adults to help respond to reported warning signs or threats. Adults may view the training video independently with the resource notebook, or, schools can use the training video, testimonials video, and resource notebook for a professional development session or afterschool faculty meeting.
