If your completed training isn’t being marked as "completed" then it is likely because the training video did not play until the end. We recommend going back and scrolling the video to the end. If you are still having difficulty, please email [email protected] with a description of the error and provide a screenshot if possible.
To access your account login using your old account email, please log in to your account and select the Account Settings option in the top right corner of the page. In your account settings, enter your password in the 'Current Password' field and your new email address in the 'Email' field, then save by selecting ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
We recommend using the Allow Students to Register on Their Own option for large groups of students. To do this, please sign into our Learning Center and launch the desired learning activity by selecting Launch Activity. From the Learning Activity page, select Advance Tools on the left-hand side of the page and Turn On the Enable Student Registration Option. Once enabled, select ‘Allow students to register on their own’ and follow the prompts to send your students a link to the learning activity.
Once you have trained students, we recommend reinforcing the training by having students engage with the message through our activities and lesson plans. You can find these activities and lesson plans by going to our Learning Center filter! You can also use our Program Pathways to give you ideas.
You are not able to send a direct training link to other educators. We have designed the Learning Center to have a quick and easy registration process, so feel free to share our registration page with your colleagues: www.sandyhookpromiselearning.org.
Yes. You will first need to set up a learning activity. To do this, please sign into our Learning Center and select the program you are searching for under the Explore Programs tab. Once there, choose the program resource, Get Started, and follow the prompts.
Once you have a learning activity, launch the activity by selecting Launch Activity. From the Learning Activity page, select Advance Tools in the toolbar on the left side of the page, and Turn On the Enable Student Registration Option. Once enabled, you will be able to select one of the following options:
- Create your own student roster-Manually input your students names and then give them their username and password. Best used when students are physically in classroom or for smaller virtual classes.
- Allow students to register on their own-Since tunes a link and password that will allow them to register on their own using their first names in the last two letters of their last name. Best use for students learning in large virtual classrooms.
After selecting the option that best fits your classroom, follow the prompts to send students a link to the learning activity.
To adjust learning activity information, select Launch Activity on your Learning Center Dashboard. Once in the learning activity, select Edit Activity from the toolbar on the left side of the page and update the information. Please Note- the Grade Level and # of Students can only be adjusted before the activity is started.
Log on to the Learning Center and launch a learning activity on your dashboard by selecting Launch Activity. When the training begins, you will have the option to view the Educator Preview or Classroom Launch, select Educator Preview to preview the training.

Please sign in to our Learning Center and select the program you are searching for under the Explore Programs tab. Once there, pick the program resource you want and then select Get Started and follow the prompts.
Search for your school using your school address and the state. It is helpful to only use the building number of the address while searching. If you still cannot find your school, please email [email protected] and include your school’s name and the school's address in your email.
Visit sandyhookpromiselearning.org and select the role that best describes you. After you select a role, follow the prompts to complete your registration.
